The terms on which UWGEA provides this website, the mobile app and membership.

Draft for review. This policy is written to match what the UWGEA website and app actually collect, and is required before the app can be published on Google Play. It should be reviewed and approved by the association’s committee, and ideally by a lawyer, before launch.

Membership

Membership of United Welfare GSWS Government Employees Association (236/24) is open to Grama and Ward Sachivalayam employees and to government employees in Andhra Pradesh, subject to the association’s rules. The association may decline or end a membership where the eligibility conditions are not met or its rules are breached.

Fees and refunds

What the association provides

The association represents members on service matters and helps them access welfare schemes. It makes every reasonable effort on a member’s behalf, but it cannot guarantee a particular outcome from any department, authority or court.

Information on this site

Government orders, circulars and scheme details are published for members’ convenience. Rules and benefit amounts change by order. Always confirm the current position with your department before acting on anything published here.

Your responsibilities

Your content

Content you post through the app remains yours. By posting it you allow the association to display it within the app and, where relevant, in association communications. The association may remove content that breaches these terms.

Ending your membership

You can leave at any time by deleting your account — see Delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
