Health
Employees Health Scheme (EHS)
Cashless medical treatment for state government employees, pensioners and their dependent family members at empanelled hospitals.
EligibleServing state government employees and pensioners enrolled under EHS, along with declared dependants.
Insurance
Andhra Pradesh Government Life Insurance (APGLI)
Compulsory life insurance for state government employees, with policy value linked to pay. Includes loan and surrender facilities.
EligibleState government employees, with subscription rates determined by pay slab.
Group Insurance Scheme
Combined insurance cover and savings accumulation, paid out on retirement, resignation or death in service.

Retirement
GPF and Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS)
Retirement savings — General Provident Fund for employees under the old scheme, and the Contributory Pension Scheme for those recruited after its introduction.
EligibleDetermined by date of entry into government service. The association assists members with account queries, statements and withdrawal applications.
Service Conditions
Leave entitlements
Earned leave, half-pay leave, maternity and paternity leave, child care leave and medical leave as provided under the Andhra Pradesh Leave Rules.

Association Welfare Support
